Zach with iFIX came to work on our LG top load washer. It was throwing a code and the drum wouldn't rotate. We had called several companies in the valley and were told that they didn't work on LG appliances. My husband happened to find and call iFIX, they are new to the Cache Valley area. He scheduled a time to come out and there wasn't any concern about working on an LG washer. As it turns out a plastic object from a pocket had gotten stuck between two parts and was keeping drum from rotating. Not necessarily an easy fix, required a metal hanger and going fishing for a while, but he got it out and was honest about the repair instead of up-selling due to my own ignorance of appliance repair. An hour later and my washer is working great and I wasn't charged an arm and a leg for an unnecessary motor repair. I would recommend this company. I'm glad they have expanded into the area and really liked Zach.
